How can I check if the coil is good or bad? I have a misfire on cylinder 3.

Good morning,

You would need a scope to watch the action of the coil.

Did you do the basics such as the plug and checking the compression?

You have what is called coil on plug ignition coils. Meaning one coil for each cylinder. Short of having an oscilloscope to monitor the pattern you can just swap the coil with another cylinder and see if the misfire moves to that cylinder.

Let me know if you need more assistance on figuring out this misfire. Thanks
