Miss fire code

All new plugs and coil packs, still have a miss fire code. Can the catalytic converter be stopped up/ or could the timing chain have jump a notch? Or bad ECM? Please help!

you should be doing a compression test first, if that is okay, check for vacuum leaks and make sure fuel pressure and injectors are okay. identifies the code for a specific cylinder or a random code?
