After replacing the catalytic converter the engine runs rough and has a misfire code f32?

Normally the F32 fault does not cause a misfire. Did both the misfire and this code come after the catalytic converter was replaced?

F32 sets when the BCM fails to get a needed signal from the PCM. I attached the info for this code.

Let me know if this is accurate and we will need to start going through each individually. If you can monitor the o2 sensor data including short term fuel trim while it is missing that will help us know what direction to go with the misfire. Thanks
