670 miles ago I had work on my car and the cat was changed. I changed the spark plugs today went for a drive stopped at the store it was running great till I got back in the car and it starts to miss fire like once before

misfires are hard to find check for vacuum leaks, fuel pressure, and compression. then have it scanned auto parts can't read what needs to be so a mechanic will have to do it. you said it misfired prior to replacing plugs. so it's something else.

Well my neighbor put scan to it and it came back approved no codes

When I start the car it will idel hard and if I turn the air con on it will die

if there areno codes there is not a misfire if there was it would show it via code. check for a vacuum leak and fuel pressure.
