Miss fire

Ok , so I got a code PO306
It's a miss fire on cylinder 6
I have replaced spark plugs , coil Paks and the injector to cylinder 6 and I'm still getting the same code PO306 and feel the miss fire
And idea what it could be ?

Have you checked for spark and the compression readings of cylinder 6yet?

Also checked for injector pulse to the number 6 cylinder?
