Check engine light blinking. Rough idle, extreme use of fuel. Fuel coming out of spark plug, stalling, no power when pulling a hill. replaced plugs and coil pack. The car will start. May have gotten bad fuel on last fill up.

Good afternoon,

You have an engine misfire causing the light to flash.

There is most likely a code set for the misfire identifying the cylinder.

I would start by checking the compression to be sure the internals of the engine are good. You need 140-160 pounds.

I would also verify the fuel pressure to be sure sufficient fuel is flowing to the injectors. You can rent a tester for checking the pressure at a parts store.

I attached a guide for you as well.
