Hello,
Cam and crank position sensors as well as oxygen sensors will not cause a misfire on just two cylinders on opposite banks. Cylinder one is on bank 1 and cylinder two is on bank 2. see image 1 below.
As you already have swapped coils and spark plugs this leaves us compression, injectors, or a possible air leak at the intake manifold.
Next, I would check if the injectors had the correct internal resistance.
Using a digital voltmeter set to ohms test the injectors for a resistance value of between 13.4-14.2 ohms at 20 degrees C/68 F.

With a good diagnostic tool, you will be able to display the misfire counter, to prove that cylinders one and two are misfiring.
