Codes are P0300, P0301, P0302, check engine light flashing, loss of power and misfires when idling

Cam and crank position sensors as well as oxygen sensors will not cause a misfire on just two cylinders on opposite banks. Cylinder one is on bank 1 and cylinder two is on bank 2. see image 1 below.

As you already have swapped coils and spark plugs this leaves us compression, injectors, or a possible air leak at the intake manifold.

Next, I would check if the injectors had the correct internal resistance.
Using a digital voltmeter set to ohms test the injectors for a resistance value of between 13.4-14.2 ohms at 20 degrees C/68 F.

With a good diagnostic tool, you will be able to display the misfire counter, to prove that cylinders one and two are misfiring.

Yes, a bad vacuum line can trigger loss of power and make the engine run rough.
So that should be the first item that needs to get fixed.
As for the third picture, it does not appear to be a vacuum line. Can you tell me exactly where it is located? Maybe take another picture from a different angle.
Also is there any fluid coming out of it?

With the engine running, does it have any suction? Or any fluid comes out of it?

This could be a pressure relief valve. That is what the little tube appears to be a drain.
The catalog does not show any location for that part.
