Misfire reading in all cylinders, the car is running rich?

My car has rough idle and CEL flashing when idle and driving. At certain speeds, it won't be as bad as 45 MPH or 60 MPH. Fuel pump, fuel injectors, main relay, catalytic converter, spark plugs. Coil packs have all been replaced. I have a rip in my intake hose and the car is running rich. The one I ordered got "lost" in delivery. I don't know what to do.

I would use some electrical tape to help seal up the tear. Also, there is a MAP sensor that sounds like it has gone bad, here is the location so you can check it out and replace it. We should scan for codes as well. You can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $30.00.
