Misfire or buck

Starts fine and idles perfect in park or neutral or even idles perfect stopped in drive. But running on interstate it has a misfire.

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. it may be low on fuel pressure at speed causing it. also, check for a vacuum leak like a hose off/hole etc. See link.
