So far I have done and oil change ,change the air filter and the spark plug and wires

Hello,
It sounds like the issue could be a faulty ignition coil or the ignition control module. It could a bad connection from the coil to the wire as well.
So do a thorough inspection for any corrosion or debris.
I have attached the diagram that shows which is the coil for the cylinder number 3.
