Misfire on cylinders 4, 5, 6 or bank 2?

We did a motor swap on my vehicle and got it all hooked up but can't get these misfires to go away, we've changed ignition coils, MAP sensor, PCV, cleaned any other sensors we could change out intake and throttle body, checked for vacuum leaks, 02 sensors
We haven't checked the converters yet but that's about all that's left any ideas on what I should do. It's got brand new spark plugs and tune up.

Could I get an OE diagram for the ignition coils to see if maybe we plugged one in the wrong spot.

I would check for vacuum leak when the engine is cold only.

You may have a gasket that is blown or not installed correctly here is the wiring diagrams you have requested for the coils. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
