Misfire, oil in two spark plug wells

Everything under the hood is new except for the motor itself. Even the cylinder head is new. We had the motor remanufactured twice. It was running good and then it lost all power, the check engine light started flashing and it would barely move. I checked the spark plus and two of them had oil on them. Is this a o-ring problem, a piston ring problem or a head gasket problem?

Can you upload a picture of the spark plugs? it sounds like the head gasket blew between two cylinders. to be sure lets do a compression test. this guide will show us how:
