Misfire cylinders one and two

Did a quick engine compartment wash with the high pressure washer after that engine was skipping come to find out I had no spark coming out of it towers one and two on the ignition coil pack so I replaced the crank sensor and the cam sensor and also a coil pack I still have no spark on silver two towers on the coil pack where should I be looking

Can you get some pictures of exactly where you are not getting spark? Are you pulling the spark plug wire off the coil and seeing if there is an arc?

If so then that would point to a coil issue as the crank sensor and cam sensor are not going to cause an issue on one or two cylinders unless there is an issue with the tone wheel.

We should also check for codes to find out if we have other codes then just misfire codes.
