Misfire cylinder 1 misfire no communication?

I have a cylinder 1 misfire no communication. I see the wires coming from the ignition coils are on top of the valve cover and has made those wires hard a rock. I purchased four of the connectors and came with same gauge wires. Where they bundle to and how to replace them?

Just cut the connector off and install the new coil electrical connectors. Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on
