Intermittent misfire, it sounds like there is no misfire in the Morning and drives normal?

Sometimes the car starts normally, and it sounds like there is no misfire in the morning and drives normal, I think.

On the second start before starting the car I hear chatter coming from the dashboard and then rough idle. Sometimes it goes away when I rev the car up 3,000 RPMs.

Also, when driving it gives that cough and at times misfire and then goes away
There is an injector signal female that the clip is broken on the first injector.

Can this be the cause of all the above?
Also, at times when I switch off my car a bubbling sound.

Yes, the injector connector will cause the engine to misfire, you can get what they call a pigtail injector connector from eBay or Amazon and splice it in to fix the problem. also, I would install a new set of spark plugs, here is a guide to help walk you through the repairs and explain about the bubbling noises:
