Misfire and clutch

You know, when you depress it, you place lateral pressure on the crank. I wonder if there is excessive end play in the crank? Worn thrust bearing on the crank aren't uncommon with a manual transmission.

Just a thought.

Not sure, 72,000 on the car, harmonic balancer doesn't wobble or play.

Okay. If there was excessive end play, then it would make sense. Since it has low mileage, there is even a lower chance of that as a problem unless it wasn't serviced properly.
