Misfire on #5 cylinder?

Misfire on #5 cylinder. New spark plugs and wires been replaced.

This leaves low compression or a bad fuel injector. When you remove the spark plug is it white in color? if so, the fuel injector is bad, if it is dark let's do a compression test.

Where are the fuel injectors located on this vehicle and how to test them?

So the fuel injectors are inside the intake manifold. It is called a "spider injector" which they had problems, with, I would do the compression test first to make sure the engine is okay. And if so, replace the injector, does the #5 cylinder make a ticking noise while at idle? If so, you may have a flat camshaft.
