misfire code says cylinder 1?

The code says cylinder 1 but it acts like if you took a wire off, shifts hard, and studders.

So, a misfire can be the spark plug, ignition coil/wire, a fuel injector or low compression. Let's remove the spark plug first for inspection, this guide can help, and I have included instructions in the images below that will help you on your car:
