Cylinder #6 misfire changed plugs wires boots coil still misfire drive it one time doesn't mix then drive it back home it starts missing its an intermittent problem

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge. Most auto parts store rent them. Check for a vacuum leak an EGR stuck open or clogged passageways, finally have a freeze frame done on it.

Yes but until you check the other things you could change it and still have the misfire. or low compression on that cylinder among other things.
