I get a P0305 code. I have replaced the plugs, wires, coil pack, and fuel injector. It still gives me the code. Lost on what to do next.

Do a compression test and a cylinder balance test. You could have a burned valve, worn piston rings, or wiped-out lobe on the camshaft.

I was thinking that cylinders two and five was on the same fuel injector. When I went back, I found out that cylinders two and six was on the same injector. Five was on another injector. I ordered another injector to see if that will correct the misfire in five. I must have an odd engine. I have never heard of an engine having six cylinders but only three injectors .

All the orther tests were in fine. Compression is good. No vacuum leaks, etc

You have to have six injectors. Follow the fuel rail attached to them and you should run into the other three.
I cannot stress enough when you have a misfire after replacing an injector, always replace all of them at the same time as a flow-matched set. One by itself that causes a misfire flows a different volume of fuel. It is not defective.
