Misfire one coil park and same one injector misfire

When the engine running I tried to remove a cable from injector but it doesn't show it function. also, the same to coil park when I remove it does the same. I swapped them, showed that are not damaged. I even bought new of them but still problem not solved. but shows the fire is sparking there.I checked there air sensor, air flow sensor, fuses, petrol pump relays. I also skimmed the top engine, replaced the guscate and valves.can you please help? I already spent a lot of money on it.
