Why are cylinders two and six misfiring under load?

Misfire only cylinder 2 and 6 when you go above 4,000 RPMs and under load.

Hello,

Are you using a diagnostic tool to check the misfire counters?

Have you tried replacing spark plugs and swapping ignition coils from okay cylinders, say 1+4, and then see if the misfire moves to the other cylinders?

See cylinder layout at bottom.
