Misfire - replaced the coils, spark plugs, fuel injectors?

Yep, you have a blown head gasket between cylinders. I would remove the cylinder head and replace the gasket. You have done everything else.

the exhaust manifold is glowing red hot what is causing that? and how do i check for a blown head gasket between cylinders?

the radiator is not loosing any coolant the oil dipstick, oil cap is not milky looking.I took the valve cover off and check the timing chain for slack between the camshaft sprockets there is about 3/8-inches of slack.

i don't see no valve spring on this engine so explain the 3/8-inches slack between camshaft sprockets will this cause misfire and rough idling on #3 and #4 cylinder?

i replace the timing chain the statioary chain guide and the tensioner pivot arm/chain guide do slack support to be between the camshaft sprockets? after i replace the timing cover i can't get the timing chain tensioner to go all the way in to bolt it down. i was thinking the slack suppose to be on the tensioner pivot arm/chain guide side.

A new tensioner has a release pin/clip you need to remove after installation.

what is a release pin/clip? i see like a hook do it release after i install the tensioner and rotate the engine? will you explain your answer a little more?
