Misfire - replaced the coils, spark plugs, fuel injectors?

Cylinder #1,195psi
Cylinder #2,190psi
Cylinder #3, 185psi
CylinderCylinder #4,190psi
I done replaced the coils, spark plugs, fuel injectors and camshaft position sensor and still have a misfire on #3 and #4 cylinder can you tell me what is causing the misfire please?

Yep, you have a blown head gasket between cylinders. I would remove the cylinder head and replace the gasket. You have done everything else.

the exhaust manifold is glowing red hot what is causing that? and how do i check for a blown head gasket between cylinders?

the radiator is not loosing any coolant the oil dipstick, oil cap is not milky looking.I took the valve cover off and check the timing chain for slack between the camshaft sprockets there is about 3/8-inches of slack.

i don't see no valve spring on this engine so explain the 3/8-inches slack between camshaft sprockets will this cause misfire and rough idling on #3 and #4 cylinder?
