I have a misfire on cylinder 2 and 6?

I have a misfire on cylinder 2 and 6. I change coils around and no change. I moved spark plugs around and there was a change. I installed new spark plugs thinking that was the problem. Cleared the codes and they came right back. Still a misfire on cylinder 2 and 6. Check all the connectors and wires no issue there. What could be causing this misfire issue.
