Misfire in cylinder one PO301 code

I started getting code po301 and sometimes code po303 cylinder misfire. I changed the spark plugs wires and ignition coil and last rotated the fuel injectors. Still I cannot get rid of the misfire in cylinder one po301 code. I am stumped. Any ideas please?

Check compression's just to make sure that there is not a problem there. Also, check for a vacuum leak around the manifold and check fuel pressure and if all these are okay, get the injectors flow tested, start here.
