Cylinder five misfire

Runs okay on streets once get in freeway and goes over 50 the misfire light keeps blinking when i step the gas. i changed all spark plugs, i also changed coil for cylinder five that's were my misfire is on, only cylinder five. my compression is good on that cylinder as well. what else can it be?

What was the compression?

It could be a fuel injector, vacuum leak or valve train issue.

You covered the basics but need to go a little further.
