Cylinder one and two misfire

I have replaced the spark plugs, coil, and injector. I have done a compression test. They were good.

Compression was wet 150. I did check for vacuum leaks.

Do you have a noid light to be sure the PCM is commanding the injector to work?

Okay, so it flashed when you cranked the engine. Correct?

Beyond that, you need to pull the valve cover and inspect for valve train damage.
