2003 Mini Cooper S 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The above named car needs to be reconditioned : engine, gearbox, all electronics and computer.The car was exposed to flood water during a heavy rain and storm and all the parts mentioned here were destroyed. Please quote.
