Milky oil on dipstick

I hit a horse a couple weeks ago and the owner quickly and cheaply replaced all the visually broken parts. It looked like a wrecking ball hit the front of my truck. I have lost about half of the coolant in the reservoir and the dipstick is milky but not the cap. No white smoke out the tailpipe yet and the engine sounds okay considering the impact. Could the head have been cracked a little? My temperature gauge does not work, but it seems okay and I get heat out of the vents.

The milky substance probably just has not made it to the cap just yet, but the oil pan would be the first place it accumulates, but it would usually mean the coolant is getting into the oil pan and could be coming in from a blown head gasket and a head gasket can blow in between the oil and coolant spots and not affect the cylinder at all. so there would be no white smoke out the tailpipe. I doubt if the head is cracked unless of course the damage did get pushed in enough to reach the engine.
