Check the lower intake gasket for possible coolant leaking into oil. If okay, and have overheated recently then the cylinder heads need to be removed to inspect for cracks and to see if the head is warped.

Car is not over heating though.

Then check the lower intake gasket for a leak. If gasket is bad it can cause coolant to leak into the oil.
