That could also be a sign of just a failed radiator and some other issue. This truck has an oil cooling pipe in it that goes into the radiator on the driver's side. If that pipe leaks, oil and coolant will mix, and the results could be disastrous if the leak isn't detected in time. That's why I don't suggest using straight water in it, as water will rust through that pipe, or the transmission cooling pipe in the other side, resulting in poor to no protection/lubrication for your engine.
Check your engine oil. If it's not milky or watery, then you just might still be okay. Pull your spark plugs and see how they look. If they're all dirty, then we're probably okay. If, however, one or more of them are super clean, then they've had water on them. I'll add to my write up later, but for now I have to go to my other job.
