168 miles is virtually brand new. As to how many miles you can expect to get out of a vehicle, there are a lot of variables that go into this such as driving habits, how often you use your vehicle, maintenance, and so on. It is almost impossible to give an answer to this question, but a gently used, non severe driving, well maintained vehicle should last for a long, long time.
