Possible engine replacement

My car has 200,000 miles on it. i just wanted to know if it was a good idea to put a lower mileage engine in it to make my car last longer.

Are you having any issues with the engine at this time?

I would not consider it unless you have an issue. If you do not, I would still look to get a low mileage engine and keep it on stand by in case you do need one.

Nothings wrong with the engine. at what mileage would you recommend me putting a lower mileage engine in because i heard with good maintenance they can last up to 500,000 miles.

That is too many to expect. I would figure 300,000.
