Thursday 10/10/2024, I got an oil change, and they found that my right rear axle boot had burst. Mileage was recorded, prior to doing the oil change. around 96,000 miles on the odometer.
On Monday 10/14/2024-I went to an independent shop and fixed the right rear axle.

When I got home, this evening- same day-
Monday 10/14/2024 ~ 6pm,
I saw that the odometer was incorrect.

The odometer now reads: 989 10

-----------

The odometer now has:

*** 3 "Trip A's"
(The odometer reading of 989 10 Is in the first "Trip A")

*** 1 "Trip B"
Showing 00 miles

and

*** One screen that says says "Oil Life 100%"
------------

I'm unclear as to what this is!
I've not seen this before.
I'm unclear what to do.
To be sure.

Please help!

It looks like the shop may have had something to do with it or the mileage was not recorded correctly. It is like they swapped out the cluster for some reason. So, did the shop reset the oil change light when that service was done correctly? I don't think they can drive the car 2,000 miles in one day, did they keep the car overnight?
