Up till about 3 months ago the truck always averaged 19 mpg didn't matter if it was driven 50 mph or 75 mph on freeway. At 60 mph the engine runs at 1700 rpm. At 70 mph the engine runs at 2000 rpm. The sensors that were replaced were replaced do to failure. The TPS. Fuel regulator, fuel pump and basic tune up. Where it had a 19 mpg average before 11 to 12 mpg doesn't sound normal

Most all cars have an optimum speed for the best fuel mileage and the mileage decreases as the speed increases. Check the obvious things like tire pressure and engine temp. See if it is storing any engine codes.
