Mild engine noise

98,000 MILES • 2.5L • 4 CYL • TURBO • 2WD • MANUAL

The engine has never been opened since it was new. It still can run up to 135 km/hour in highway smoothly and with good power.

Do I need to have the valves clearance adjusted or bring it to a good shop for maintenance check?

I need your thoughts about it being an expert on these matter.
