I just this car. Key on Engine off/Cranking bulb does not turn on. Wont pass OBD inspection. No visible signs of tampering at instrument cluster. Need locations to look to get it working again.

Try resetting security sytem maybe the problem. Then have battery checked for condition including load test. Also check cleanliness of battery terminal ends.
