Normally this means the air distribution motor is the issue, but I am not seeing a separate motor for the outside and center vents.
This means we either have an issue with the door behind the front vents like a restriction or binding door or the front distribution motor has just failed. Again, this does not sound like a motor issue, but I doubt there is a restriction.
So, the only way we are going to figure this out is to start checking these items.

I am attaching the info below on how to remove the center vents and then you should have a better view as to what is happening to the door. If you can't see it use a mirror or borescope to see inside the box to find out why the air is not coming out the center vents.
