2002 MG ZR Four Wheel Drive Manual 57000 miles

mistakely i have mixed brake flude where water shoud be in i dont know wather to stop driveing it or get it fixed the whole engine no one understand me it happen 3 days ago now my car getting hot do you advise me i should put water duilted do you think this will solv the problem or is there another way pls if you have any idea let me know thankyou.

Take out the coolant of the radiator and drain the block asap.

after that flush out the system with a coolant system flush. next step is to fill with new coolant and water and see if problem goes away.
