DO YOU SET THE TIMING AT THE CRANK PULLY OR AT THE FLYWHEEL AND WHAT IS THE PROPER SETTING

We do not have the tech spec's for this vehicle i'm afraid .. your local library or autoparts store should be able to supply a repair manual for the vehicle with all the details you need and diagrams !
