Messed up ignition housing

Our car was stolen. Someone was supposed to replace the tumbler and jacked up (drilled) housing, so now I don't know what to do. Can you help?

Hello,

First of all, you will need to figure out what other parts that may have been damaged due to the drilling.
This will require first removing the existing lock cylinder and inspect.
In order to remove the lock cylinder, you will first have to remove the steering wheel.
