Message center not working

Message center does not work at all .just bought this car. Also, no lights on cluster for abs; traction control. .only the check engine light comes on when turn key to on position. The car has remote start, but I did not get the remote. all of the gauges work.

It sounds like the cluster is bad if all the fuses are good which is common, you will need to get a used one or have it rebuilt, here is a link to show you what you are in for when removing the cluster
