Message Center is not working

My message center is not lit or displaying any information when I turn on the ignition. The chime works fine and it has the factory radio.

Try a reset. Turn key on, hold display button on radio down. Settings will appear on radio. Use seek to select the reset option. Press the preset one button to enable the reset. Press display. Turn key off and then on. If the MC returns you are done. If it does not you will probably need a new instrument panel as it is an integral part.

Thanks I tried to reset it but it looks like I need a new cluster.

You could give United Radio a call and see if they repair those, they do a lot of cluster repairs. Might be cheaper than replacement.
