still running hot!!

'99 mercury villager 123000 miles:
it just had major work done water pump o2 sensor and thermostat and now all of a sudden it is running hot and leaking coolant. What else can it be ?

please help ...
I've got kids and its my only car ....

Do you have an actual leak or you losing coolant and don't know where its going
