Recently, our rear brake lights come on when the van is sitting in the driveway. I can pull up on the brake pedal and the lights will go off but may come back on after a while (and stay on). I put in brake fluid and the master cylinder is full.

There is a brake light switch at the top of the brake pedal. Either it is loose or out of adjustment.

Check that and let me know what you find.
