Engine Mechanical problem
1997 Mercury Villager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 170k miles

while removing the spark plugs,they were getting progressively harder to remove,when i got to the last one it snapped in half.the base and threads are still in the engine.i bought "bolt out"bolt removers to try and remove the base,but it is so tight of an area ,i can't get anything,including my hands,in there to get it out.any suggestions to help my dilema?

If not enough room for a drill and a Heli-coil tool then head got to come off.
