My check engine light came on when going up a small hill in a snow storm. I took it to get it analyzed and they said it was the knock sensor. Now when driving up a hill the check engine light blinks and stays solid when driving on flat land. The car also kind of shakes when first cranked and when sitting at a red light. Any idea what I need to have fixed?

if the code is showing a knock sensor then it's pretty good idea to inspect the wiring at the sensor and replace sensor if wiring is good
