oil light flashes on and off!!!had oil changed and ran an oil flush through it then changed the oil the light still flashes on and off. also makes a slight tapping noise when it warms up. oil pump????

Could be the oil pump getting sloppy-you need to check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge-
