1994 Mercury Villager Need Dash light info

As I was driving home, I noticed a dash light come on, it is on the right of the check engine light, the first light from the right. It says 0/0 off when I got the car, it didnt come with a manual or anything, and I am wondering what that light means.

That indicator is actually O/D OFF ( Over Drive OFF) there is a button on the end of your shifter press in the light will go off or on. It is an extra gear. It should be on (light OFF) at all times, especially in highway or anytime you go over 30 mph.
