odometer wants to turn over ,so i tried a replacement dash from junk yard and then it seemed to work, however new dash turn signals did not want to work.what can i try at this point someone suggested it may be a fuse.

Also inspect flasher unit. Flasher unit is what enables the turn signals/flashers to work properly.
